Manny Melotra is a freelance documentary and commercial photographer based in London. His work is heavily invested in capturing forlorn experiences of the every day, giving precedence to London's multicultural, subaltern communities. His current project The Broadway looks at disparities between multiethnic and multi-religious communities living in the West London district of Southall, and is due to be exhibited at The Old Truman Brewery in February 2018.
Melotra holds a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Photography (University of West London) and is currently completing his Master's degree in Commercial Photography (Arts University Bournemouth) under the tutelage of award-winning photographer Paul Wenham Clarke. He is the recipient of the "Best Individual Photographer" award (2017) awarded by Free Range, The Truman Brewery.
